A Silent Walk

 

Walk mindfully. Walk Silently.

 

Walk  mindfully with eyes and ears receptive to the natural world.

 

Walk with interest to different colours and sounds.

 

Experience walking with sky above and earth below the blue sky and the clouds.

 

Walk respectfully, step by step, on the Earth.

 

Walk along tracks, through fields and woods.

 

Walk along city and towns trees. Walk in the park

 

Develop an intimacy and love for the natural world.

 

Walk to help heal a trauma, a painful story and future fear.

 

Walk to  heal a conflict and resolve major issues, global and personal.

 

Explore ways to overcome fears, develop inner strength and cultivate a deep empathy for others.  

 

Be willing to listen to voices, inner and outer.

 

Regard walking as a meditation.
